Raw
peanuts in shell
We
use Virginia Jumbo raw peanuts in shell which are 100%
Australian grown.
Peanuts are abundant in Beta-Sitosterol, known to inhibit
cancer growth as well as protect against heart disease.
They contain Isoflavones and Saponins, which have anti-cancer
and antioxidant properties.
Peanuts also contain Vitamins such as B6 and Folic Acid
and minerals such as magnesium, copper, zinc and selenium.
Monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fat are present
in peanuts, which have generally been shown to help
lower cholesterol and the incidence of coronary heart
disease.
